1. Policy Statement

MAGSONS FOUNDATION is committed to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion in all areas of our work. 5. Responsibilities

All individuals representing MAGSONS FOUNDATION are responsible for promoting equality and avoiding discriminatory practices. Managers and trustees have a duty to lead by example and uphold this policy in all decision-making and oversight.

6. Reporting Concerns

Any breaches of this policy or incidents of discrimination or harassment should be reported promptly to a supervisor or via email at [email protected]. Complaints will be handled seriously and in line with our Complaints Policy.

7. Monitoring and Review

We will periodically review this policy to ensure it remains effective and in line with best practice and legal requirements. Equality outcomes and representation will be monitored where appropriate and lawful.
