1. Purpose of This Policy

This Donation Refund Policy applies to anyone who makes a donation to MAGSONS FOUNDATION. We recognize that it is possible to make a donation in error, and we are committed to resolving such issues fairly and promptly.

2. Refund Requests

Requests for refunds must be submitted within 14 days of the donation date. Refunds will only be considered if:

  • The donation was made by error (e.g. incorrect amount)
  • Duplicate donations were made
  • The donor’s account was compromised or used fraudulently

Refunds are made at our discretion and are subject to review and approval.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at [email protected] with the following information:

  • Your full name and contact details
  • Date and amount of donation
  • Method of payment (e.g. credit card, PayPal)
  • The reason for the refund request

4. Refund Processing

Once we review and approve your request, refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 working days for processing.

5. Gift Aid

If your donation included Gift Aid and a refund is issued, we will notify HMRC to cancel any associated Gift Aid claim.
